  • You develop a feel for the needs of our organization and its leaders. You are the mouthpiece of the managers and the HR Experts
  • Design training and development programmes for Infront and thus find the best solutions for our employees' needs
  • Help us to implement our values in the daily processes of the entire company

Your area of responsibility

  • You support our managers in strengthening their position as "people managers"
  • You are the first point of contact and advisor for all managers within the DACH region in all organisational matters
  • You implement HR instruments and support employees in their application (e.g. in the context of personnel development, further training, appraisal interviews) and always have the objectives of our company in mind
  • You will work closely with Talent Aquistion and HR Administration to ensure smooth processes
  • You support the merging of two companies into one strong organization
  • You will be involved in the implementation of a common culture that will take Infront successfully into the future
  • You support other HR business partners and talent acquisition in case of vacation and/or illness

Who you are

  • You have several years of experience in Human Resources
  • You can already demonstrate success in a comparable position, preferably in an IT company or an environment that has already undergone major changes
  • You have experience in a wide range of HR tasks on an international level and are familiar with compliance, labour law, regulations and other employment requirements
  • You have a sound knowledge of all aspects and levels of training and development of employees
  • You are able to implement processes and drive continuous improvement through teamwork and beyond
  • It is easy for you to network well - you are characterised by your strong communication skills and commitment
  • You are a team player and see yourself as open, curious, pragmatic, passionate and self responsible

Nice to have

  • Experience in cooperation with the works council
  • Training as a coach, or similar
  • A high affinity for IT and/or the financial industry

Technical Know How

  • Talentsoft or another HR management system
  • Microsoft 365
  • Ideally experience in dealing with Jira and Confluence

Language skills

  • Fluent German and English
  • Other European languages are very welcome
